Security

Built with careful access and data handling.

We prefer to describe the controls and workflows we can stand behind today, rather than publish broad certification or compliance language without the matching evidence behind it.

Current security posture

Security as an operating discipline

Protected data handling
We design product flows so sensitive community data is handled deliberately in transit, at rest, and during administrative access.
Gateway-based payments
Payment collection is intended to run through connected payment providers rather than through custom card handling by community operators.
Access-aware workflows
Administrative actions are organized around role-sensitive workflows so teams can separate who sees, edits, and operates critical data.
Infrastructure review
Hosting, data flows, and operational access are reviewed as part of ongoing product implementation rather than presented as a blanket certification claim.
Operational controls
We aim to keep permissions, auditability, and account-level safeguards close to day-to-day admin workflows inside the product.
Clearer data expectations
If you need a detailed view of current controls, we can walk through the relevant product areas and implementation details directly.
